OK, so I tried this E&E drink from Beachbody and I have to be honest! IT WAS NASTY! ewwwwww lol Also, the jar does have a warning about people who are sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants to be careful and I am sensitive to both caffeine and other stimulants and I am here to tell you that if you try this product you do need to be careful! I was very jittery at first and I used the product at half strength, then the jittery feeling went away completely when I started my workout. I felt great during my workout and my energy was increased and my endurance was pretty much amazing! I really was able to get fully into and very focused on my workout! Then a few hours later, I crashed and felt sick the rest of the day! That was of course due to the sensitivity to stimulants! Now, my husband also tried the E&E drink and he said that it tasted great and he felt great and more energy thru his workout and not ill effects after! None the less, this product does work! and if you don’t mind a medicine taste then you will be OK with how it taste! If your sensitive to stimulants then you do need to be careful! Start out using a little tiny bit and work yourself to full strength! This product taken before your workout will certainly help you get thru those workouts!

I use E&E before every workout and I love it! E&E helps me to really bring the intensity during every single workout without all the unknown chemical additives you find in so many other pre-workout drinks. Beachbody has another winner!
