Today was day 72 of Beachbody Les Mills Pump and today was a rest day! So I spent much of today studying for my Group X certification!
I was also thinking today that I never really did anything that really stood out or that was crazy cool or anything that got me noticed much and that’s all about to change as I enter this Journey of teaching aerobics! I am still studying the technical part of it all but soon will start digging into the actual learning of teaching it! Plus when ever my car finally gets to Texas, I will be attending much more live classes to learn from example!
Yesterday was walk 60 minutes for Beachbody Les Mills Pump but I decided to throw in Turbofire *Fire 60* and the great thing is, my Plantar Fasciitis is hardly noticeable! Thank goodness! I was told that It could take up to about a year to recover from this condition and March 1 was the mark of one year so seems that one year rule is very true! Man, that was quite a painful experience! If you ever had this kind of heel pain then you know exactly what I am talking about!! Turbofire would really aggravate it but I did great with the fire 60 and no heel pain what so ever!!
Yesterday was also HAPPY EASTER!! Hope everyone had an amazing day!!
Then sat I had Pump Revolution of Les Mills Pump! I taped myself doing the triceps track and I can see that my form is terrible in this track and I need to focus on this a lot more! I have 17 more day left of round one of Les Mills Pump!
Here is my short triceps video of Les Mills Pump from Pump Revolution
