Christena this looks like a pretty intense, but fun workout to me. You are doing awesome! I am looking forward to starting LES MILLS PUMP myself very soon. Til then, I will be very interested in watching your continued transformation as your progress through the program. You really are off to an awesome start!

Reminds me of Kenpo X from P90X. I am looking forward to trying Pump down the road. Thanks for sharing your journey.

Great results so far, Christina! I want to do Les Mills Pump when I finish P90X2. I’m actually thinking about doing a Pump/Tai Cheng hybrid.

Christina–I am happy you have found the joy and energy that can be found in the Les Mills Pump program. But, now I encourage and challenge you to seek out a gym in your area that offers Les Mills programs. Many facilities offer free one-week (or longer!) trial memberships. You will really feel the burn, experience the highs of group fitness, and reach a whole new level of accomplishment that cannot be achieved by following the same DVDs over and over. Keep up the good work and know there are REAL Les Mills instructors out there that will help you reach your fitness goals!

Hi! thankyou so much for reading my blog and reaching out to me!!! :-) I actually took a live body pump class for years a while back and got so excited when i was at the beachbody super sat a few months ago when they announced the release of the les mills pump dvds and i was like OMG, I USED TO TAKE THAT CLASS!! Loved it! it was every mon, wed and fri, and thats all i worked out! those three days a week but then the gym i was going to was sold and the new owners got rid of all classes and dropped to cost down to 10 bucks a month! the 10 dollar payments were nice but i was just not getting good results anymore without the class! anyway, im looking to get certified in group barbell soon! I am not sure how similar that will be to les mill body pump but im ready to put 100% into it! I get excited just typing about it!! WOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!
