Empty Nesters, Day 22 of Pump and Brazil Butt Lift Hybrid, This workout was “recovery” So I chose the P90X2 workout called *x2 recovery and mobiltiy* This is the very first time that I had ever done any of the P90X2 workouts! This one had a set of lunges and squats using a weighted bar and then went into a “foam roller” sequence and to be completely honest, I thought the whole foam roller part was stupid!, I felt like the only think I could “feel” was the pressure of the foam roller against my skin and wondering how they heck would I benefit from this ?!?!? and it seamed to go on and on and on and on!!! Then we went into another set of the lunges and squats using a weighted bar and man, what a HUGE difference! I could really feel that my mobility had improved dramatically! Ok, so maybe that foam roller thing is not so stupid after all! lol I will continue to add this routine into my Hybrid workouts as I do feel it will greatly benefit me! I do however, need to learn HOW to use the foam roller properly and that will come in time with more practice! I am up for it!

I already completed day 23 which is Brazil BUtt Lift *cardio axe and sculpt* but I missed the *sculpt* as my migraines have gotten in the way again and it was very hard to even get thru the *cardio axe* but I did it! Now to just accept that and move forward!

Tomorrow is a Yoga day and I AM committing myself to doing the P90X2 *x2 yoga* So I will be back to report!

So, who ever says that working out at home cant be fun! Or that it would be to boring?! I keep my workout regimen interesting and use social media thru Team Beachbody community to create accountability, get motivation and to get “kick my butt” messages when I start to slack off to much!
