Power Half Hour *Arm Toner*

Power Half Hour *Arm Toner* I got my workout in this morning! I guess the time has really gotten away from me because I just realized this morning that it has been a week since my last workout. I do remember last Monday evening was not a very good one and it led into Tuesday and the rest of the week. The Weekend was pretty good even tho I had one of my chronic headaches that began Friday and lead into Sunday morning so not much got done around the house but I still got a few task completed! Today, I feel pretty good! Got my workout in this morning so that is a plus! I also got some things done around the house that have been obstacles for me every morning causing me to start work late so I do want to keep up on that from here on out! I also signed up for *flylady.net* for daily email reminders about keeping up with housework. I think I will like this since I am on day 27 of *Chalenes 30 day challenge* and i am already used to sitting down with my green tea and cereal every morning to open up her daily email and work on her assignments so this will keep that momentum going for me! I have so many things that I need and want to get done and house work is not something that I want to get in my way any more! I am working on *Franklin coveys on demand* business training courses. I have 84 courses to complete by next Jan 2014 and I have 7 of those 84 courses completed! My goal is to complete at least one course every evening after dinner! I really enjoy the courses so far some of the courses can’t be viewed on my ipad which is ok as long as they work on my desk top computer! I will need to check that out soon to make sure! One thing that has been an eye opener so far for me with the *Franklin covey on demand* is that he points out how very important health and fitness is to our *productivity* and that is something that I am really wanting to focus on and become much more productive every day! Taking baby steps right now but soon I will be RUNNING! :-)

Power Half hour – stretch

Its been a pretty long time since I have posted any blogs. I have been busy with other parts of my life and along the way, I have fallen off with my workouts and my eating habits could certainly be a bit better as well! I still drink shakeology every day! Ok, to make a long story short, I have tried to get back into the habit of exercising again every day and its proven very difficult! I was walking most days over the past spring and summer but that sort of ended when the cold and snow set in. I really would love to get back into walking an hour or so every day or at least a few days a week. I can tell that I really benefit from the walk both physically and emotionally. I tried 10 minute trainer for a few weeks and I did like that workout a lot! So, I just may get back into that some more later on down the road. For now, I am doing a Beachbody classic while everyone else, well, almost every one else is doing the new P90X3! I am doing “Power half hour” Last week was my first full week doing a good workout every morning! My goal is to do a 30 minute workout 5 to 6 times a week. Tomorrow is my scheduled weigh in day! Mondays are hard for me for some reason to get myself up early and moving! So, I at least did the power half hour stretch and keep the habit of daily exercise going! Now I am ready to start the day!
